Estimated Delivery Time

The majority of NELLE accessories are made to order, because of this orders are shipped *4 weeks from the time they were placed. If you are ordering an item for an upcoming event, please include your desired delivery date along with your purchase and we will be sure to get you your pieces in time! Rush orders can be accommodated, please contact us for more information. *Excludes Ready to Ship clutches, which upon receipt of order will ship within 48 hours.

Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, and would like to exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value, we would be happy to process your request! Provided the item has not been used or damaged, you may exchange the item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Only clutches returned in its original condition will be accepted for exchange. Once we have received the item and the above conditions are met, pending any further additional charges, the new item will be shipped promptly. Buyer is to pay any additional shipping charges that may result. Please contact us with your comments/questions that you may have, and we will happily review your request.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns and issue refunds at this time. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Exchange Policy above!

Product Defects/Damaged Products/Lost or Stolen Packages

If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us with your name, Transaction ID and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can so that you are satisfied with our product! All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
